Stress Management and Emotional Health are hot topics these days.  The world continues to move faster and faster and coping can be a daily challenge.  Personal relationships, finances, careers, our health and lifestyle can all be sources of stress, anxiety, anger and sadness.   Modern medicine and emotional management studies are proving that Guided Imagery is a quick way to enjoy the benefits of these ancient practices.   These studies show that Guided Imagery supports emotional balance in the toughest of circumstances.

  • A 2005 Korean study showed that women undergoing chemotherapy were less anxious, depressed and irritable than a control group untrained in Guided Imagery
  • A 1999 British Study of 96 women showed that Women who received Guided Imagery training experienced a better quality of life and easier expression of emotions than a group receiving traditional care alone.

Guided Imagery is one of those portable tools that allows you to pilot yourself to an optimal place.  An internal skill that soothes and supports your mood management and that can be used when you feel the need.  A quite thing that can alter how you feel on the inside is a big help in today's world.

Understand what drives your emotions

A lot of drama is projected onto the screens of our consciousness and minds… And I guess the common response is to tough it out… Yet… for the last few years, I’ve been practicing meditation. It’s difficult to describe the effect it has had on my life. I can only mention maybe a few words: calm, clarity, a balance, and at times – a recognition. It’s made a difference.
