Getting stuck is never fun.  We have all experienced what it feels like to be stuck on a problem, a project or in a chapter of our lives.  What separates those who move forward from those who succumb to darkness is often a simple thing.

Being connected to the infinite knowledge and potential of our subconscious is necessary to utilize our intuition and overcome creative blocks.  Practitioners have known for decades that simple Guided Imagery exercises are designed to do just that.

Guided Imagery is a tool that is analogous to a network cable.  It plugs you into the vast knowledge locked in your subconscious.  It opens the door to your full creative resources.  Because Guided Imagery is a Right-Brain activity, you naturally activate your creative strengths, empathy, spirituality, and openness.

Images are the dominant language of your brain and cognition in general.  In fact, almost all thoughts are pictorial in nature.

Unlike static Meditations, Guided Imagery activates the creative centers in your brain and begins to build strength in that area.  For that reason, children and women find the techniques to be easier than men at first.  Men, however, have such an enormous opportunity to gain by practicing each day that the initial challenge is certainly worth it.

Learn to connect deeply to your inner thoughts, feelings and become inspired as you confront and overcome challenges in every area of your life.

If you just sit and observe, you will see how restless your mind is. If you try to calm it, it only makes things worse, but over time it does calm, and when it does, there’s room to hear more subtle things — that’s when your intuition starts to blossom and you start to see things more clearly and be in the present more.
